Job Description

• Attend to customers’ travel enquires and request through whatsapps/email etc for www.bigasiawisata.com
• Liase with our suppliers on the ground for tours and activities in Singapore, Batam, Bintan, etc.
• Provide information on travel visa & insurance
• Be involved with Digital Marketing Campaigns for www.bigasiawisata.com
• Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply or candidates looking to switch industry.
• Enjoy working in small teams and flexible working environments.
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
